Motion Experience is our annual retreat for middle and high school students where we’re able to break away for a weekend and grow in our faith! This year’s theme is, Church in the Wild! Before the ministry of Jesus ever began, the Holy Spirit led Him into the wild to be tempted by the devil. This was proving ground for Jesus’ strength of character that would later hold His ministry! Over the weekend, students will spend time in small groups with other students and leaders, take part in powerful messages, experience life-changing worship moments, and compete in exciting Tribe Wars! We can’t wait for you to join us!

Transportation:
*Transportation for this event will only be provided for the FWB and CVW campus. All other campuses will need to drive themselves or be dropped off by a parent. Please read Drop-off/Pick-up details below.*
Drop-off:
DTN/FPT/PCB – Students will be responsible for their transportation to this event. Students will arrive and check-in at Laguna Beach Christian Retreat at 5:00 PM. Full details will be sent week of the event.
FWB/CVW – Students will arrive at their campus at 4:00 PM. Students will check-in at their campus and then head to Laguna Beach Christian Retreat on a bus/van.
Pick-up:
DTN/FPT/PCB – Students will need to be picked up, if not driving on their own, at 11:30 AM.
FWB/CVW – Students will depart Laguna Beach Christian Retreat at 11:00 AM and the bus will take them back to their campuses for pick up at roughly 12:30 PM.
What to Bring: Outdoor/ athletic clothes & shoes, toiletries, towel, bedding for twin sized bed or sleeping bag, pillow, Bible, journal, pen, money for merch and snacks, tribe war color clothes/props and any prescribed or over the counter medication.
Tribes/After Party: For this event, students will be able to select the tribe they want to be in when they register. Each tribe will have a color to wear and suggested props to bring (optional). The after party will be Country themed so bring your boots, cowboy hat, flannel and get ready to party!
